成都某广场办公楼高139.37 m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。为满足建筑功能的要求,在裙房范围内多处设有穿层柱,在裙房以上楼层设置空中花园,导致外框架无法连续拉通。采用性能化的设计方法,且进行了线弹性分析、非线性分析,针对分析结果,结合概念设计,采取一系列抗震加强措施,能够满足规范要求和性能化设计目标。
