1980年10月作者受联合国粮农组织(FAO)的邀请,参加了在法国举行的“贝类卫生和销售专题讨论会”。会议期间,与会各国代表考察了法国大西洋和地中海沿岸的许多贝类养殖场、净化工厂、卫生管理机构和鱼市场,并且交流和讨论了各国的情况,得益非浅。尤其对法国贝类的卫生和质量管理留下深刻的印象,值得我国学习和借鉴。特将有关情况作一简单介绍。
October 1980 At the invitation of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the author participated in the “Symposium on Shellfish Hygiene and Marketing” in France. During the meeting, delegates from all participating countries visited many shellfish farms, purification plants, health authorities and fish markets on the French Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts, and exchanged and discussed the situation in various countries, benefiting greatly from it. In particular, we are deeply impressed by the hygiene and quality management of French shellfish and deserve our country’s study and reference. Special situation will make a brief introduction.
