目的:建立乌梅炮制前后各提取部位的紫外吸收特征光谱,为乌梅炭凝血作用机制研究提供依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,研究净乌梅及乌梅炭的石油醚(60~90℃)、氯仿、乙酸乙酯等三个提取部位的紫外吸收谱线图。结果:乌梅在炮制前后各提取部位的紫外谱线图、最大吸收值有明显差异,具有独特吸收特征。结论:该方法简单、准确,可反映净乌梅与乌梅炭各提取部位紫外光谱上的差异。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the ultraviolet absorption characteristic spectra of the extraction parts before and after the process of the fritching, and provide the basis for the research on the mechanism of the coagulation of the fritillaria ussuriensis. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to study the UV absorption spectra of petroleum ether (60-90 ℃), chloroform and ethyl acetate extracted from the leaves of Jingmei and Wumei charcoal. Results: There was a significant difference in the maximum absorption value of the ultraviolet spectrum of the leaves of the plum before and after the extraction, which has unique absorption characteristics. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, which can reflect the differences of UV spectra of the extracts from the leaves of Radix et Rhizoma.
