目的探讨姜黄素对饮水型砷中毒大鼠肝脏中10种元素的影响。方法 SD大鼠48只,分为6组,雌雄各半,实验周期90 d。采用HG-ICP-OES测定肝砷(As)含量;ICP-OES检测大鼠肝脏中铝(Al)、硅(Si)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)含量。结果 (1)饮水型砷中毒大鼠肝脏10种元素含量变化情况:与正常对照组比较,低、中、高剂量组肝As含量显著增加;低剂量组肝Cu、Zn,中剂量组肝Cu、Fe、Zn,高剂量组肝Cu、Fe、Zn含量显著降低;中剂量组肝Al及高剂量组肝Al、Si、Cr、Mn、Pb含量显著增加。以上各组间比较,差异均有统计学意义。(2)姜黄素拮抗饮水型砷中毒大鼠肝脏10种元素含量变化情况:与高剂量组比较,单纯姜黄素组肝Cu、Fe、Zn,姜黄素拮抗组肝Cu显著增加,单纯姜黄素组肝As、Al、Si、Cr、Mn、Pb,姜黄素拮抗组肝As、Si、Cr显著降低,差异均有统计学意义。结论高砷水可引起大鼠肝脏多元素异常改变;姜黄素能促进砷中毒大鼠肝砷的排砷,对肝脏Cu、Si、Cr元素失衡有一定的改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on 10 kinds of elements in liver of drinking arsenic poisoning rats. Methods Forty-eight Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups, male and female respectively, and the experimental period was 90 days. The content of arsenic in liver was determined by HG-ICP-OES. The contents of Al, Si, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe ), Manganese (Mn), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn) content. Results (1) The content of 10 elements in the liver of drinking arsenic poisoning rats: Compared with the normal control group, the contents of hepatic As in the low, middle and high dose groups were significantly increased; Fe, Zn and high-dose groups. The content of Al, Si, Cr, Mn and Pb in the liver of medium-dose and high-dose groups were significantly increased. The above groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant. (2) Curcumin antagonizes the content changes of 10 elements in the liver of arsenism rats with drinking arsenic: Compared with the high dose group, the liver Cu, Fe, Zn and curcumin antagonist group of liver increased significantly in pure curcumin group, Liver As, Al, Si, Cr, Mn, Pb, curcumin antagonist group of liver As, Si, Cr was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion High arsenic water can cause abnormal changes of liver elements in rats. Curcumin can promote the arsenic excretion of arsenic in rats with arsenic poisoning, which can improve the imbalance of Cu, Si and Cr in liver.
