为探讨地膜再利用对土壤脲酶活性的影响,2011年在河套地区进行了旧膜、新膜覆盖及露地栽培向日葵对比试验。结果表明,地膜再利用可明显提高土壤脲酶活性。在0~40cm土层,旧膜覆盖的土壤脲酶活性较新膜覆盖土壤增加7.4%,较露地增加1.1%。土壤脲酶活性随向日葵生育期变化而不同,呈上升—下降—小幅上升的趋势。土壤脲酶活性随土层深度的增加均呈减小趋势,旧膜覆盖可以维持耕作层土壤脲酶较高的活性,但随土层加深,旧膜覆盖土壤脲酶活性下降幅度较露地大。地膜再利用改变了土壤脲酶活性,加速了土壤中潜在养分的有效化,为地膜再利用技术的推广应用提供了理论依据。
In order to investigate the effect of plastic film reuse on soil urease activity, a comparative study was conducted on the old film, new film covering and open sunflower cultivation in Hetao in 2011. The results showed that the recycle of mulching film could obviously improve the soil urease activity. In 0 ~ 40cm soil layer, the urease activity of soil covered by old membrane increased 7.4% compared with the soil covered with new membrane, increased by 1.1% compared with the open field. Soil urease activity varies with sunflower growth stage, showing a tendency of increasing - decreasing - slightly increasing. Soil urease activity tended to decrease with the increase of soil depth. Old film mulching could maintain the higher activity of soil urease in the tillage layer. However, with the deepening of the soil layer, the decline of soil urease activity in the old mulching film was larger than that in the open field. Recycling of mulch film changed soil urease activity and accelerated the availability of potential nutrients in the soil, which provided a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of mulching film reuse technology.
