1.任务的提出在目前扩建电缆电视的过程中,12千兆赫波段的电视传输装置即将建成。这些电视在短距离内应能同时传输约14套电视节目。由于用半导体制成的12千兆赫放大器就所需要的高线性传输性能来说,其输出功率远远不能满足要求,因此必须研制一种最新的行波管放大器,使在较小的激励信号下能在多载波状态下工作,并且通过使用2级集电极便可把损耗功率限制在所容许的范围内。
1. Proposed task In the current expansion of cable television in the 12 gigahertz band of television transmission equipment is about to be completed. Since a 12 GHz amplifier made of semiconductor is far less than satisfactory in terms of the high linearity required for its transmission performance, it is necessary to develop an up-to-date TWT amplifier which can be used under a small excitation signal It can work in multi-carrier state, and the power loss can be limited within the allowable range by using 2-stage collector.
