首先介绍了飞机视情维修策略的基本理论和关键技术,然后针对目前飞机视情维修检测周期决策缺乏理论支持,只能依据经验进行判定的现状,基于延迟时间模型理论,以系统潜在故障状态以及P-F间隔为出发点,以功能故障发生的风险小于可接受水平为目标,建立了单部件系统检测周期决策风险模型。着重考虑了由于检测设备及人为因素造成检测不完备性对风险模型的影响,可有效地帮助决策者制定合适的维修周期。
First of all, the basic theories and key technologies of aircraft condition-based maintenance strategy are introduced. Then, in view of the current lack of theoretical support for aircraft condition-based maintenance cycle decision, which can only be decided empirically, based on the delay time model theory, PF interval as the starting point, the risk of functional failure is less than the acceptable level as the goal, the single-part system testing cycle decision risk model is established. Emphasis is placed on the impact of incomplete inspection on risk models due to testing equipment and human factors, which can help decision makers to make appropriate maintenance cycle.
