目前在汽车无法通行的区域,燃气管道检漏工具主要是步行手推车,工作效率低,检漏人员劳动强度大。阐述研制的检漏自行车的结构、工作原理、特点、操作方法。通过检漏自行车与步行手推车的有效性对比、检漏自行车车速对检漏效果的影响、检漏自行车与步行手推车的检漏效率对比三项试验,证明检漏自行车检漏有效,检漏效率比步行手推车高50%,检漏自行车的车速宜定为8 km/h。
Currently in areas where vehicles can not pass, gas pipeline leak detection tools are mainly walking trolleys, which are inefficient and have heavy labor leaks.
