农村医院在加强医疗质量管理,保证医疗安全方面做了大量的工作,但是还存在一些问题,医疗差错事故还时有发生。据统计我县1987年—1989年底共发生57起医疗事故。其中经签定为医疗事故的6起,占10.5%。在1989年发生的15起医疗差错事故中,县级医院3起,占20%,中心医院4起,占26.7%;乡镇卫生院8起.占53.3%。本文对基层医院发生医疗差错 Rural hospitals have done a lot of work in strengthening medical quality management and ensuring medical safety, but there are still some problems, and medical malpractice accidents still occur from time to time.
