针对当前铲运机磨合方法单一、且结果可靠性差的问题,依据虚拟仪器技术建立了铲运机磨合台架试验系统。系统以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,能够进行铲运机牵引性能、制动性能、举升倾翻以及工作时间等参数的采集和相关的分析处理,实时显示铲运机磨合试验的各种数据,并存储所需数据。试验结果表明,该系统能保证各测量参数和控制参数的精度,系统性能稳定、复现性能良好,测试结果准确地反映了铲运机的实际工作状况。
Aiming at the problem that the scraper running-in method is single and the reliability of the result is poor, a test system of running-in and scraping off scraper is established according to the virtual instrument technology. The system uses LabVIEW as a software development platform, which can collect and analyze the parameters of tractor traction performance, braking performance, lift and tipping and working time, and display various data of scraper run-in test in real time Store the required data. The test results show that the system can ensure the accuracy of the measurement parameters and control parameters, the system performance is stable, the reproducibility is good, and the test results accurately reflect the actual working conditions of the scraper.
