近年来,旅游服务标准越来越受到重视,它已成为政府管理市场、企业提升质量、顾客保护权益的重要工具。目前国内的旅游服务标准主要涉及等级评定标准和规范要求标准两类。本文在定义不同标准类型的基础上,揭示了这两类标准完全不同的驱动路径,并分析了旅游企业对待标准的不同态度以及标准最后的实施效果。本文认为在当前市场背景下,等级评定标准更加有效。为了保证标准的有效实施,文章在最后指出政府在标准化过程中应起的作用。
In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to tourism service standards. It has become an important tool for government to manage markets, enhance the quality of enterprises and protect the rights and interests of customers. At present, China’s tourism service standards mainly involve two levels of rating standards and standard requirements. Based on the definition of different types of standards, this paper reveals completely different driving paths of these two types of standards, and analyzes the different attitude of tourism enterprises to treat standards and the final implementation effect of standards. This paper argues that in the current market context, the rating standard is more effective. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the standard, the article concludes with the role of the government in the standardization process.
