对腈纶纤维(PAN)进行接枝改性,制备了一种新型巯基纤维材料(cPAN)。用红外光谱对cPAN纤维进行了结构表征,并测定了其巯基含量为5.08mmol/g。考察了25℃温度下cPAN纤维对Ag~+的吸附和再生性能,结果表明,cPAN纤维吸附Ag~+的最佳初始pH范围为5~7,其最大吸附容量为500.0mg/g;当Ag~+的初始浓度为100mg/L时,30min即可达到吸附平衡;5%硫脲-1.0mol/L HCl溶液对Ag~+的脱附率可达90%以上,经再生后的纤维可循环使用。
A new type of sulfhydryl fiber (cPAN) was prepared by graft modification of PAN fiber. The structure of cPAN fiber was characterized by FTIR and the content of sulfhydryl group was 5.08mmol / g. The results showed that the best initial pH value of cPAN fiber for Ag ~ + adsorption was 5 ~ 7 and its maximum adsorption capacity was 500.0mg / g. When Ag ~ + Initial concentration of 100mg / L, 30min can reach adsorption equilibrium; 5% thiourea -1.0mol / L HCl solution of Ag ~ + desorption rate of up to 90%, after regeneration of the fiber can be recycled use.
