颅咽管瘤是一种源于颅咽管鳞状上皮细胞的良性肿瘤,临床症状重,肿瘤不全切除基本上都会复发,因此,颅咽管瘤只有全切除才能有助于减少肿瘤复发率[1]。随着CT和MRI的广泛应用、内分泌替代治疗及显微外科技术的提高,肿瘤全切除率越来越高,病人的治疗效果也越来越好。但颅咽管瘤的手术仍是神经外科最具挑战性的手术之一。 Craniopharyngioma is a benign tumor derived from craniopharyngiomas squamous epithelial cells, clinical symptoms, tumor resection basically will relapse, therefore, only the total removal of craniopharyngioma can help reduce the tumor recurrence rate [ 1]. With the extensive application of CT and MRI, endocrine replacement therapy and the improvement of microsurgical techniques, the total tumor removal rate is getting higher and higher, the patient’s treatment effect is getting better and better. However, craniopharyngioma surgery is still one of the most challenging neurosurgical procedures.
