设计拉刀时,必须同时要设计与此相配用的拉刀杆。这给制造、操作、管理增加很多的麻烦。采用多用快换拉刀杆,可克服上述不足之处。多用快换拉刀杆的结构如图1所示。它是利用杠杆原理实行夹紧和松开的。其特点为:适用于刀柄颈部尺寸为2~16mm的各种拉刀;操作方便,工作平稳,能承担足够的拉削力;拉削时,能自动地消除嵌接间隙,因而定心,定角精度较高;适用于多种几何形体的刀柄。刀柄的联接形式必须为嵌入式结构。
