目的探讨聋生人格、应对方式与心理健康的关系,为聋生的心理辅导提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式量表、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),对长沙某职业技术学院103名聋生进行问卷调查。结果神经质与症状自评量表中的敌意、偏执、精神病性及总均分呈显著正相关;内外向与躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖及总均分呈不同程度的显著正相关;精神质与症状自评量表各因子分及总均分呈不同程度的显著正相关。消极应对与症状自评量表各因子分及总均分呈显著性正相关。多元逐步回归分析显示,影响心理健康的因素主要为消极应对、神经质、内外向及精神质。结论聋生的人格特征与应对方式对其心理健康状况有显著的影响作用。结论学校应重视聋生的心理健康教育。
Objective To explore the relationship between personality, coping style and mental health of deaf students and to provide evidence for psychological counseling for deaf students. Methods A total of 103 deaf students at a polytechnic college in Changsha were surveyed by means of Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Easy Coping Style Questionnaire (EPQ) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). Results There was a significant positive correlation between neuroticism and symptoms of hostility, paranoid, psychotic and total score in the self-rating scale of symptoms. There was significant positive correlation between extroversion and somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, horror and total score Correlation; psychoticism and symptoms self-rating scale of each factor and the total average score was significantly different levels of significant positive correlation. There was a significant positive correlation between negative coping and Symptom Checklist (SCS) for each factor and total score. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting mental health were negative coping, neuroticism, extroversion and psychoticism. Conclusion Deaf students’ personality traits and coping styles have a significant effect on their mental health status. Conclusion Schools should pay attention to mental health education for deaf students.
