谈判是斗争与妥协、进取和让步的辩证统一体。有得必有失,有争必有让,没有让步的谈判难以构成真正的谈判。纵观周恩来辉煌的谈判生涯,让步——有原则的让步,是他采用得最多、也是最娴熟的一种策略。坚持原则而不死板,注意灵活但不出格原则性与灵活性相结合,是谈判学强调?
