目的了解芜湖市暗娼人群安全套使用情况及其影响因素,为下一步行为干预工作提供依据。方法按高危场所档次分层抽取研究对象,通过面对面问卷调查了解其商业性行为过程中安全套使用情况,并研究分析其影响因素。结果调查的400名暗娼中,艾滋病防治知识知晓率为94.0%,最近一次商业性行为安全套使用率为95.8%,最近一个月商业性行为安全套每次使用率为83.5%。经多因素Logistic回归分析,暗娼人群最近一个月商业性行为安全套坚持使用情况与其文化程度、在当地工作时间、最近一年是否做过艾滋病检测并知道检测结果有关。结论芜湖市暗娼人群安全套坚持使用率仍较低,应继续加强对该类人群的健康教育和健康促进,极力营造社会支持环境,促进其商业性行为过程中坚持使用安全套。 Objective To understand the use of condom and its influencing factors among the female sex workers in Wuhu City, so as to provide basis for the intervention in the next step. Methods According to the grade of high-risk places, the subjects were stratified and the condom use was analyzed through face-to-face questionnaire survey, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results Among the 400 female sex workers surveyed, the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control was 94.0%. The most recent commercial sex condom use rate was 95.8%, and the most recent commercial sexual condom use rate was 83.5%. By multivariate Logistic regression analysis, the commercial use of condom in commercial sex workers in the last month has been related to its educational level, working hours in the local area and HIV testing in the recent year, as well as the test results. Conclusions The use rate of condoms of the female sex workers in Wuhu is still low, and the health education and health promotion should be strengthened for these people. The social support environment should be promoted to promote the use of condoms in commercial activities.
