采用改进的 Rose 汽液平衡釜,在13.33 kPa 下,测定了醋酸-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺物系的等压汽液平衡数据,实验数据通过了热力学一致性检验。N,N-二甲基甲酰胺与醋酸物系有最高共沸点。考虑醋酸在汽相中的缔合效应和非理想性,分别采用 van Laar,Wilson,NRTL 横型对醋酸-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺物系的汽液平衡数据进行关联,得到相应的模型参数。关联结果表明,NRTL 模型关联的结果较好,温度平均绝对偏差为0.47 K,醋酸在汽相中摩尔分数的平均绝对偏差为0.006 7。用 NRTL 方程推算出醋酸-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺物系的共沸温度为370.70 K,共沸组成中醋酸摩尔分数为0.383 0。
Equilibrium vapor-liquid equilibrium data of acetic acid-N, N-dimethylformamide were measured at 13.33 kPa using a modified Rose vapor-liquid equilibrium reactor. The experimental data passed the thermodynamic consistency test. N, N-dimethylformamide and acetic acid system has the highest azeotropic point. Considering the associative and non-ideal behavior of acetic acid in the vapor phase, the vapor-liquid equilibrium data of acetic acid-N, N-dimethylformamide were respectively correlated by van Laar, Wilson and NRTL models to obtain corresponding models parameter. The correlation results show that the correlation between NRTL model is better, the average absolute temperature deviation is 0.47 K, and the average absolute deviation of molar fraction of acetic acid in the vapor phase is 0.006 7. The azeotropic temperature of acetic acid-N, N-dimethylformamide was estimated to be 370.70 K by NRTL equation, and the mole fraction of acetic acid in azeotropic composition was 0.383 0.
