建立矿业企业社会责任的评价指标体系,并应用因子分析法构建评价矿业企业履行社会责任水平的综合评价模型,对8家具有代表性的矿业企业在2008年和2009年履行社会责任的水平进行了综合评价。结果表明,在4类评价指标中,对矿业企业社会履行责任水平贡献最大的是经济因子,其次为法律因子和伦理因子,最后为慈善因子。评价结果较客观地反映了不同矿业企业履行社会责任的水平,说明因子分析法是适合进行矿业企业履行社会责任水平综合评价的一种较好的客观评价方法。矿业企业社会责任指标体系及其综合评价模型的应用将有助于提高矿业企业对社会责任的认知与实践,促进我国矿业企业更好地履行社会责任。
Establish the evaluation index system of the social responsibility of mining enterprises and establish a comprehensive evaluation model of evaluating the performance of mining enterprises in fulfilling the social responsibility level by using factor analysis method and carry out the evaluation of the performance of eight representative mining enterprises in 2008 and 2009 Overview. The results show that in the four kinds of evaluation indicators, the most important contribution to the level of social fulfillment responsibility of mining enterprises is the economic factor, followed by the legal factor and ethical factor, and finally the charity factor. The result of the evaluation objectively reflects the level of fulfillment of social responsibilities by different mining enterprises, indicating that factor analysis is a good objective evaluation method suitable for comprehensive evaluation of the performance of mining enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibilities. The application of index system of social responsibility of mining enterprises and its comprehensive evaluation model will help improve the cognition and practice of social responsibility of mining enterprises and promote the fulfillment of social responsibility of mining enterprises in our country.
