本文报道了应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳(PAGE)分析研究分布于稻田的三种不同体色泥鳅在心肌、骨骼肌、肝脏、眼、血清七种组织器官中LDH同工酶的表达特征。电泳图谱表明,在这些组织中,主要存在LDH2和LDH3,其他同工酶的活性较低,甚至没有。定量分析进一步表明LDH同工酶的组织分布和活力均具有明显的组织特异性:在脑组织LDH2活性最强,其它组织如血清、眼、卵巢、肝脏、心肌等组织中LDH3活性最强。此外,在肝脏中存在由Ldh一C编码的C带。
In this paper, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to study the expression patterns of LDH isoenzymes in three kinds of tissues and organs of myocardium, skeletal muscle, liver, eye and serum distributed in paddy fields . Electrophoresis patterns indicate that LDH2 and LDH3 are predominately present in these tissues, while other isozymes are less active or even absent. Quantitative analysis further demonstrated that the tissue distribution and activity of LDH isozymes have obvious tissue specificity: the activity of LDH2 is the strongest in brain tissue, while the activity of LDH3 is the strongest in other tissues such as serum, eye, ovary, liver and myocardium. In addition, a C-band encoded by Ldh-C exists in the liver.
