目的探讨运用品管圈的管理工具提高乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼在健康教育中应用。方法成立乳腺外科品管圈活动小组,加强对健康教育内容学习,采用多种健康教育途径,进行指导宣传,分析影响健康教育效果因素,比较活动实施前后的效果。结果品管圈活动的开展使乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼缺陷率从20%下降到8%,同时患者对健康教育满意度提高结论品管圈手法开发了护理团队的创新能力,提高护士积极性和解决问题的能力,增强团队凝聚力,优化健康教育流程,提高健康教育质量,对患者恢复康复起到促进作用。 Objective To explore the application of management tools of quality control ring to improve functional training of limbs after breast cancer surgery in health education. Methods To set up a surgical group of breast surgery, to enhance the learning of health education contents, to adopt various health education methods to guide and publicize, to analyze the factors influencing health education effectiveness, and to compare the effect before and after the implementation of the activity. Results The activities of quality control circle reduced the rate of postoperative functional limb deformity from 20% to 8% in postoperative breast cancer patients, meanwhile the patients ’satisfaction with health education was improved. Conclusions Quality control circle developed the nursing team’s innovative ability and nurses’ enthusiasm And the ability to solve problems, enhance team cohesion, optimize the health education process, improve the quality of health education, to promote recovery of patients play a catalytic role.
