一、四头CO_2保护自动焊接工艺特点我厂生产的起重机主梁中,有六条长焊缝,其跨度为4.5~22.5m。以前采用手工电弧焊,生产效率低,劳动强度大。现采用四头CO_2保护自动焊,其优点为: 1.生产效率高:由于CO_2保护焊电流强度比较大,焊接速度比手工焊快,焊后不需清渣,且四条焊缝同时焊接,生产率可提高一倍多。在焊跨度为13.5m的焊缝时,两名工人用手工焊需3工时,而用CO_2焊则需1.5工时。 2.变形小:由于四条焊缝同时焊接,可均匀加热冷却,又由于CO_2气体的冷却作用使热影响区小,因此焊后工件变形小。
