目的:建立银翘伤风胶囊中牛蒡苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil~(TM)(钻石)C_(18)色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm, 5μm),以甲醇-水(45:55)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长为280nm。结果:牛蒡苷在0.96～7.71μm范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为100.3%,RSD=0.81%(n=6)。结论:该检测方法简便、准确、重复性好,适合于银翘伤风胶囊中牛蒡苷的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of bovine glycoside in Yinqiao Shifeng Capsule. Methods: A Diamonsil TM (Diamond) C 18 column (200mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (45:55) and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min -1. The detection wavelength is 280 nm. RESULTS: The linear relationship was good in the range of 0.96-7.71 μm, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 100.3% and the RSD was 0.81% (n=6). Conclusion: The detection method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the quality control of bovine glycosides in Yinqiao Shifeng Capsule.
