前言用黄药浮选硫化矿时,需加少量起泡剂才能浮选得好。对于兼有起泡性的脂肪酸或胺类捕收剂浮选非硫化矿时,是否还需另加起泡剂以及各种起泡剂的作用效果如何等等,长期以来研究得很不够。以往对起泡剂在浮选过程中的作用,偏重于研究它在液-气界面上的吸附以及由此所产生的效果。Leja和Schulman提出了起泡剂与捕收剂在相界面上的共吸附模型,说明了起泡剂与吸附在固体表面上的捕收剂相互以适当密度排列的共吸附,将有利于矿粒在气泡上的附着。
