根据锅炉反平衡热效率计算原理,对家用燃煤土暖气锅炉热效率损失原因进行了评估,给出了应用在燃煤土暖气上的反平衡热效率计算公式。以某45k W家用燃煤土暖气锅炉为例,对其热效率进行了定量计算,讨论了影响热效率的几个设计因素。结果表明:提高燃煤土暖气锅炉热效率应从排烟温度、散热面积、燃料用量和漏煤比率等4个方面加以改进。
According to the calculation principle of the anti-balance thermal efficiency of the boiler, the cause of the thermal efficiency loss of the household fired boiler heating boiler was evaluated, and the calculation formula of the anti-balance thermal efficiency of the coal-fired heating system was given. Taking a 45k W domestic coal fired boiler as an example, the thermal efficiency of the boiler was quantitatively calculated and several design factors affecting the thermal efficiency were discussed. The results show that improving the thermal efficiency of coal-fired heating boilers should be improved from four aspects: exhaust gas temperature, cooling area, fuel consumption and coal leakage rate.
