从大型到两极不管承认与否,深圳动画现在又重新回到了起跑线,和其他城市处在了同一位置。这一次,无论从政策还是资金方面来看,深圳都不再具有任何优势。在上世纪九十年代,深圳基本上没有关于动画形象的版权登记。而到了2001年底,中国加入WTO以后,全面修改了著作产权的法律以便与国际接轨,版权登记的数量逐年提高。在2001年以后的一段时间里,每年大约有六百到七百件稿件登记。而到了去年,在深圳办理登记的相关版权形象有1600件,其中的美术作品占到80%——与动画相关的形象又占到这一部分的
Whether large or not, the Shenzhen animation has now returned to the starting line again, in the same position as other cities. This time, Shenzhen no longer has any advantages in terms of policy or funding. In the nineties of the last century, there was virtually no copyright registration of animated images in Shenzhen. By the end of 2001, after China’s accession to the WTO, the law of copyright in the works had been completely revised so as to be in line with international standards and the number of copyright registrations had been increasing year by year. During the period after 2001, some 600 to 700 manuscripts are registered each year. And last year, there were 1,600 copyright-related images registered in Shenzhen, of which 80% were art works - the animated-related image accounted for this part again
