随着社会的高速发展,人们的生活节奏越来越快,相对的各方面的竞争也是愈演愈烈。社会各界都给予大学生各种各样的压力。在种种压力下,怎样保持好的情绪带入到平常的生活和学习中,对于在校大学生是十分重要的。本文首先对大学生情绪的特点及其影响及情绪调控对于心理健康的作用作出分析,在此基础上提出情绪调控的办法。
With the rapid development of society, the pace of people’s life is getting faster and faster, and the competition in all aspects is also intensified. All walks of life give college students a variety of pressures. Under all kinds of pressures, how to maintain a good mood into ordinary life and study is very important to college students. This article first analyzes the characteristics of college students’ emotions and their effects and the effects of emotional regulation on mental health. Based on these analyzes, this paper puts forward the methods of emotional regulation.
