马斯洛从健康人格的角度,把创造性分为“特殊才能的创造性”和“自我实现的创造性”;从创造性发挥的过程,把自我实现的创造性分成始发创造性、次级创造性和整合创造性。自我实现创造性人皆有之,是健康人格的副产品,家长和教师要保护儿童的始发创造性,有意识培养其次级创造性,培养儿童健康人格,激发其整合创造性,促进儿童创造潜能转变成现实。
