目的介绍甘草次酸修饰肝靶向药物传递系统研究进展,为该领域的深入研究和临床用药提供参考。方法查阅近5年国内外相关文献,对甘草次酸修饰的肝靶向药物传递系统进行归纳和总结。结果以甘草次酸受体为靶点,应用基于甘草次酸修饰的纳米药物传递系统(脂质体、纳米粒和聚合物胶束等)和甘草次酸-药物复合物将药物更有效地传递至肝组织、肝细胞中,提高抗肿瘤药物的作用效果。结论甘草次酸修饰肝靶向药物传递系统具有极大的研究价值和应用前景。
Objective To introduce glycyrrhetinic acid modified liver-targeted drug delivery system research and provide reference for further research and clinical use in this field. Methods To review and summarize the relevant liver-derived drug delivery system modified by glycyrrhetinic acid in the past 5 years. Results Glycyrrhetic acid receptor as a target, the application of glycyrrhetinic acid-based drug delivery systems (liposomes, nanoparticles and polymer micelles, etc.) and glycyrrhetinic acid-drug complexes to deliver drugs more effectively To liver tissue, liver cells, improve the effect of anti-tumor drugs. Conclusion Glycyrrhetinic acid modified liver targeting drug delivery system has great research value and application prospects.
