目的讨颅内病变手术定位方法。方法将带有比例尺的病人的MRI图像用数码相机拍照,在Au-toCAD软件中打开,运用“PLINE”(多段线)命令和“list”命令,计算出在MRI片上自解剖标记点至颅内占位中心点在头皮上的投影距离。按照比例尺代入公式求得实际数值。返回到实际病人头颅上,确定出病灶中心点,以此点设计出入颅切口。结果在大脑半球凸面占位病变的神经外科手术中定位准确。结论该方法简单、实用,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To discuss intracranial lesions surgical positioning method. Methods MRI images of patients with scales were photographed with a digital camera and opened in Au-toCAD software.
