目的掌握四平市农村生活饮用水水质卫生状况的动态变化,为政府制定农村安全饮水安全发展规划和策略提供科学依据。方法按照《全国农村饮用水水质卫生监测技术方案》的要求,于每年的3月(丰水期)和8月(枯水期),对本市农村生活饮用水进行卫生监测。采集每个监测点的出厂水和末梢水水样各1份,进行19项指标的卫生检测与评价。样品采集和检验依据《生活饮用水标准检测方法》(GB/T 5750-2006)进行,检测结果的评价依据《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)。结果监测出厂水总合格率2009年为92.50%,2010年为90.00%,2011年为93.30%。不合格指标主要为细菌总数和氟化物。结论本市农村生活饮用水水质卫生总体状况较好,但饮用水安全状况存在隐患,水源保护差,缺乏有效的消毒设施。监测点中检测氟逐年超标,水质的变化应引起相关部门的高度重视,以便及时改善水质状况,保障供水安全。
Objective To understand the dynamic changes of sanitary conditions of rural drinking water in Siping City and provide scientific basis for the government to formulate plans and strategies for the safe development of safe drinking water in rural areas. Methods According to the requirements of “Technical Scheme for Sanitary Monitoring of Drinking Water Quality in Rural Areas”, sanitary monitoring of rural drinking water in this Municipality will be carried out every March (Fengshui) and August (dry season). Collect 1 sample of factory water and peripheral water samples at each monitoring point for health inspection and evaluation of 19 indicators. The sample collection and inspection shall be carried out according to the Standard Test Method for Domestic Drinking Water (GB / T 5750-2006) and the evaluation of the test results shall be based on the Standard for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2006). Results The total qualified rate of factory water was 92.5% in 2009, 90.00% in 2010 and 93.30% in 2011. The main failure indicators are the total number of bacteria and fluoride. Conclusion The overall quality of drinking water in rural areas in this Municipality is good, but there are hidden dangers in drinking water safety, poor water source protection and lack of effective disinfection facilities. Detection of fluoride in the test points exceed the standard year by year, the water quality changes should cause the relevant departments attach great importance to timely improve the quality of water to protect the safety of water supply.
