目的 :改善环扁桃酯胶囊的装量差异及崩解时限。方法 :以装量差异和崩解时限为考察指标 ,对环扁桃酯胶囊的处方工艺进行优化。结果 :通过处方工艺优化 ,选用 Avicel PH3 0 2作稀释剂 ,Ac-Di-Sol作崩解剂 ,可改善环扁桃酯胶囊的装量差异及崩解时限。结论 :Avicel PH3 0 2具有极佳的流动性 ,在胶囊充填过程中 ,可以大大改善粉体的流动性 ,减小胶囊的装量差异。Ac-Di-Sol作为崩解剂的效果优于国产 CMS-Na,明显缩短胶囊的崩解时间
OBJECTIVE: To improve the loading difference and disintegration time of Cyclotapexil capsules. Methods: Taking the difference of loading amount and disintegration time as the index, the prescription of Cyclotapeptide capsule was optimized. Results: Through prescription optimization, Avicel PH3 0 2 as diluent and Ac-Di-Sol as disintegrant were used to improve the loading difference and disintegration time of Cyclotapentin capsule. Conclusion: Avicel PH3 0 2 has excellent fluidity, which can greatly improve the fluidity of the powder and reduce the difference of the filling amount of the capsule in the process of filling the capsule. The effect of Ac-Di-Sol as disintegrant is better than that of CMS-Na, which obviously shorten the capsule disintegration time
