我们已经研制出使用集成光学元件的闭环干涉型光纤陀螺仪(IFOG),并且对这些IFOG的性能进行了评价。结果表明:已实现偏值温度补偿残差(积分时间=1200s)为0.016(°/h,1σ)和标度因数线性度7.1(ppm,1σ)。
We have developed a closed loop interference type fiber optic gyroscope (IFOG) that uses integrated optics and has evaluated the performance of these IFOGs. The results show that the deviation of the bias temperature compensation (integration time = 1200 s) is 0.016 (° / h, 1σ) and the linearity of the scale factor is 7.1 (ppm, 1σ).
