采用注水开发的油田,在进入中、高含水期开发阶段时,一个显著特点是原油含水大幅度上升。这个阶段的生产给原油脱水处理带来的问题是进站液量大,含水率高。设备处理负荷大增.如果不及时采取新的技术措施.势必要增加原油处理设备和处理能耗。油田进入高含水期以后,如何利用原有工艺设备系统,通过技术改进,保持油田正常生产,以期获得较高的经济效益是值得探讨研究的.
The development of oilfields using waterflooding, entering the high water cut stage, is characterized by a substantial increase of crude oil water content. This stage of production to the crude oil dehydration processing problems is the pittance of liquid volume, high moisture content. Significant increase in equipment processing load, if not promptly adopt new technical measures, it is bound to increase crude oil processing equipment and energy consumption. After the oilfield enters the high water cut period, how to utilize the original process equipment system, through technical improvement, to maintain the normal production of the oilfield in order to obtain higher economic benefits is worth exploring and studying.
