伴随着科技创新与信息技术的快速发展,基于BIM技术的施工项目从设计、施工、管理、和运营的要求越来越高。BIM技术作为一种新兴计算机建筑建模技术在我国建筑施工领域得到了广泛应用,由于机电施工项目本身具有复杂特殊性,通过利用BIM技术进行深化设计、管线碰撞检查、施工过程模拟,实现设计施工全过程的可视化监控;通过BIM技术的信息采集,提高材料管理、成本预测、运营维护的管理水平。本文主要针对BIM技术在机电施工中的发展应用进行了探讨研究。
With the rapid development of science and technology innovation and information technology, the requirements for design, construction, management and operation of construction projects based on BIM technology are getting higher and higher. This paper mainly studies the development and application of BIM technology in electromechanical construction.
