配电网中大型交流电弧炉负荷在运行中会对公用电网产生较大的冲击和干扰,从而引起电网电压闪变。本文在浅析了电弧炉电压闪变基本特性的基础上,提出快速和准确地对电弧炉负荷无功突变加以补偿是解决电压闪变问题的有效方法。然后对几种典型的负荷无功计算方法进行了分析和比较,提出了能够实际用于电弧炉现场的综合快速无功算法。最后通过仿真对比分析和实际现场验证,证明该方法在电弧炉闪变抑制方面效果明显,具有实际工业现场应用价值。
In the distribution network, the large-scale AC arc furnace load in operation will have a greater impact and interference on the utility grid, causing the grid voltage to flicker. Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of voltage flicker in EAF, this paper proposes that it is an effective way to solve the voltage flicker problem by quickly and accurately compensating reactive load sudden change of EAF. Then, several typical load reactive power calculation methods are analyzed and compared, and a comprehensive fast reactive power calculation method that can be used in the field of electric arc furnace is proposed. Finally, through the comparative analysis of the simulation and the actual field verification, it is proved that the method has obvious effect on the flicker suppression of the electric arc furnace, and has the practical industrial field application value.
