采用有限元方法,对熔渗到陶瓷预置体内的金属凝固过程进行有限元分析,得到了不同时刻时,材料内部的温度场及预应力场。结果表明,由于金属和陶瓷传热系数的差异,随着凝固过程的进行,材料内部温度场呈现出由外向内的非线性变化趋势,而预应力逐渐减小。
The finite element method was used to analyze the metal solidification infiltrated into the ceramic preset body. The temperature field and the prestress field of the material were obtained at different time. The results show that due to the difference of heat transfer coefficient between metal and ceramic, the internal temperature field shows a non-linear trend from outside to inside, and the prestress decreases gradually with the solidification process.
