目的 探讨螺旋CT多平面重建图像临床应用价值。方法 对 2 5 0例不同感兴趣区及不同病种的患者用 1~ 5mm层厚 ,1~ 3mm重建间隔进行螺旋CT扫描和多平面重建。结果 所有病例MPR图像均能多方位地显示病变及其毗邻关系 ,绝大部分病例能帮助更好地确定病变部位、范围。结论 尽管轴位CT在显示正常和病变解剖方面有明显优势 ,但通过扫描数据重组的冠状位、矢状位、斜位、曲面MPR图像有助于对复杂病例的全面理解 ,它是对轴位CT的良好补充。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction. Methods A total of 250 patients with different regions of interest and different diseases were examined by spiral CT and multiplanar reconstructions with a thickness of 1 ~ 5 mm and a reconstruction interval of 1 ~ 3 mm. Results All cases of MPR images can display lesions and their adjacent relationships in many aspects, the vast majority of cases can help to better determine the lesion site, range. Conclusion Although axial CT has obvious advantages in displaying normality and lesion anatomy, coronal, sagittal, oblique and curved MPR images reconstructed by scanning data are helpful for the comprehensive understanding of complicated cases. CT is a good supplement.
