食管癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,全世界每年约30万人死于食管癌,其发病率和死亡率各国及各地区差异极大,其中欧美国家食管癌病理类型主要为腺癌,而我国90%以上食管癌病理类型为鳞癌。我国是食管癌发病大国,是食管癌发病率和死亡率最高的国家,平均每年约15万人死于食管癌。2015年全国肿瘤登记中心收集汇总了我国2012年恶性肿瘤情况显示,食管癌的发病率和死亡率分别位于各类恶性肿瘤的第五位和第四位[1],
Esophageal cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal malignancies. About 300,000 people die from esophageal cancer each year in the world. The morbidity and mortality of esophageal cancer vary greatly in different countries and regions. The pathological types of esophageal cancer in Europe and the United States are mainly adenocarcinoma, More than 90% of our pathological types of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. China is a large country with esophageal cancer incidence. It is the country with the highest incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer, with an average of 150,000 people died of esophageal cancer each year. The 2015 National Cancer Registry collects and summarizes the status of malignant tumors in China in 2012. The incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer are located in the fifth and fourth places respectively in all kinds of malignant tumors [1],
