作为我院专业课的教师,每2年需到地方企业或者学校一线实践2个月,学院此举可以强化我们的理论知识,从实践中可以汲取更有利于教学的经验。因此,每年的寒暑假我都选择了旅行社,这是适合培养我们的专业技巧的地方。之前也曾想过当导游,当我做了教师以后,渐渐意识到当一位好的导游艰难,导游教学更难,如果一个导游与人交往沟通的能力不够强,就难以完成自己与各种职业的人交流的工作要求。因此,这几年的实践对我的教学有非常大的帮助。 As a teacher in our specialty course, every 2 years, we must go to the local enterprises or schools for 2 months. Therefore, I choose travel agencies every summer vacation, which is suitable for training our professional skills. I had thought of tour guides before. When I became a teacher, I gradually realized that when a good tour guide is difficult and tour guide teaching is more difficult, if a tour guide can not communicate well with others, it is hard to complete her relationship with various Professionals communicate job requirements. Therefore, the practice of these years is very helpful to my teaching.
