日本宇宙开发事业团于1987年10月29日宣布,H-Ⅱ火箭第一级发动机(LE-7)系统的预备试验在三菱重工业公司田代试验场进行,大致内容如下。 1.LE-7火箭发动机日本宇宙开发事业团,利用H-Ⅰ第二级火箭发动机(LE-5)研制过程中取得的成果为基础,进行开发H-Ⅱ火箭第一级发动机(LH-7)。 LE-7发动机是一种真空推力为120吨级的大型火箭发动机,为了获得高性能,采用了高燃烧压力和二级燃烧循环等新技术。
