塔河油田稠油开发以掺稀降粘工艺为主,掺稀降粘工艺更适合高粘度、低含水稠油井,掺入深度越深,掺稀效果越好,塔河油田掺稀降粘过程中掺稀比调配不合适,稠油在井筒内上升过程中会堵塞井筒,产生稠油凝管现象,堵塞油管无法进行掺稀生产。连续油管下入油管内注热油进行掺稀降粘,逐步加深循环解堵,产生稠油井连续油管解堵工艺。
The development of heavy oil in Tahe Oilfield is dominated by mixing with dilute viscosity reducing technology. The dilute-viscosity reducing technology is more suitable for high viscosity and low water content heavy oil wells. The deeper the mixing depth is, the better the doping effect is.
