目的了解参加临床实习面试护理学员心理健康状况及其与个性、应对方式的关系。方法应用症状自评量表(self-report symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)、应对方式问卷和艾森克个性问卷(Eysenck personality questionnai,EPQ)对四川省某市3所医学院校261名参加临床实习面试的护理学员进行问卷调查。结果参加实习面试的护理学员SCL-90总分、躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、敌对及偏执的因子分均显著低于全国常模(P<0.01),只有精神病性因子分显著高于全国常模(P=0.01)。SCL-90筛查阳性学员与阴性学员的应对方式和EPQ各项因子分有明显不同,SCL-90筛查阳性组的退避、幻想、自责和合理化、精神质和神经质因子的得分均显著高于阴性组(P<0.05,P<0.01);而求助和解决问题、内外向和掩饰因子分却显著低于阴性组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论受试护理专业学生的心理健康状况优于常模,心理健康状况受应对方式和性格特征的影响。
Objective To understand the mental health status of participants in clinical internship nursing students and their relationship with personality and coping style. Methods 261 self-report symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), coping style questionnaire and Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) were used in clinical study Internship nursing students conducted a questionnaire survey. Results The scores of SCL-90 score, somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, hostility and paranoid in participating internship internship internship internship were significantly lower than those in national norm (P <0.01). SCL-90 screening positive students and negative students coping styles and EPQ factor scores were significantly different, SCL-90 screening positive group withdrawal, fantasy, self-blame and rationalization, psychoticism and neuroticism scores were significantly higher (P <0.05, P <0.01). However, the help-seeking and problem-solving factors were significantly lower than those in the negative group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion The mental health status of nursing students is better than that of norm. The mental health status is affected by coping styles and personality characteristics.
