以聚乳酸(PLA)为膜基材、动物油或植物油为添加剂、二氯甲烷为溶剂,通过流延法制备聚乳酸共混膜。考察添加剂种类、添加剂与PLA的质量比对膜的表面结构与相关性能的影响。结果表明:制备的聚乳酸共混膜具有“海岛”结构;随着添加剂与PLA质量比值的增大,共混膜的“岛径”、接触角、弹性模量、渗析系数和铵根离子的累积渗透量均呈现有规律性的变化,具有良好的可调节性,在包膜缓控释肥料领域具有发展潜力。
Using polylactic acid (PLA) as film substrate, animal oil or vegetable oil as additive and methylene chloride as solvent, polylactic acid blend membrane was prepared by casting. The effects of additive type, additive and PLA mass ratio on the surface structure and related properties of the membrane were investigated. The results showed that the prepared polylactic acid blend membrane had a “sea island” structure. With the increase of the mass ratio of additive to PLA, the “island diameter”, the contact angle, the elastic modulus, the dialysis coefficient and The cumulative infiltration of ammonium ions showed regular changes, with good adjustability, has the potential for development in the controlled release coated fertilizer field.
