用差示扫描量热法对几种不同品种的参在空气气氛中由室温至500℃热降解进行了研究.由于氧化降解后有一巨大的放热峰,其DSC和主要降解热焓的大小有明显的不同.美国西洋参的ΔH最大,为-6.899kJ·g-1;新开河红参的ΔH最小,为-0.3092kJ·g-1.对人参的热数据和它们的自然化学数据进行了研究和讨论,其中人参的热降解放热焓与其皂甙的总含量之间存在着有意义的相互关系
The thermal degradation of several different species of paraffins from room temperature to 500 ℃ in air atmosphere was studied by differential scanning calorimetry. As a result of oxidative degradation has a huge exothermic peak, the DSC and the size of the major degradation enthalpy significantly different. The highest ΔH in American ginseng was -6.899 kJ · g-1, while the lowest ΔH in Xinkaihe red ginseng was -0.3092 kJ · g-1. The thermal data of ginseng and their natural chemical data were studied and discussed. There is a significant correlation between the enthalpy of thermal degradation and the total content of saponin in ginseng
