【目的】N_2作保护气,用管式热解炉对新疆棉秆进行热解实验研究,确定液相产率最高时的最佳工艺条件。【方法】通过设计L_9(3~4)正交试验及单因素实验,以液相产率为目标函数,分析讨论升温速率、热解温度、恒温时间、粒径对产率的影响。【结果】四个因素的显著性从主到次的顺序为:升温速率>热解温度>恒温时间>粒径,最佳工艺条件为:升温速率27℃/min、热解温度550℃、恒温时间20 min、粒径10 mm>dp>1mm。【结论】在最佳工艺条件下棉秆热解所得生物质油的得率为49.7%。
【Objective】 N_2 was used as protective gas. Pyrolysis experiments on cotton straw in Xinjiang were carried out with a tubular pyrolysis furnace to determine the optimum technological conditions for the highest yield of liquid phase. 【Method】 Through the design of L_9 (3 ~ 4) orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment, the influence of heating rate, pyrolysis temperature, constant temperature time and particle size on the yield was analyzed with the liquid phase yield as the objective function. 【Result】 The order of the four factors was: heating rate> pyrolysis temperature> constant temperature time> particle size. The optimum technological conditions were as follows: heating rate 27 ℃ / min, pyrolysis temperature 550 ℃, constant temperature Time 20 min, particle size 10 mm> dp> 1mm. 【Conclusion】 The yield of biomass oil obtained from pyrolysis of cotton stalks was 49.7% under the optimum conditions.
