在历届全国优秀剧本评奖中,我们岳阳市夺得“三连冠”。有的同志问:你们是如何规划题材、重点攻关和组织作者深入生活的?这可使我们犯了难。老实说,这些年来我们并没有以行政命令的方式,把题材规划、重点攻关之类的问题作为重点,下大气力去抓。在深入生活方面我们也没有组织大规模活动。过去经常搞的轰轰烈烈的大会号召、小会动员,也很久没有搞了。但是,回顾这些年来创作组织工作上的得失,觉得还是有些带普遍性的问题,须要引起重视,并在今后的实践中努力去解决的。这些问题集中起来,似乎体现在文化行政领导如何摆正自身位置、理顺与戏剧创作主体之间的关系;如何准确、高效地选用创作人才;如何优化创作环境这三个方面。
In previous National Excellent Screenplay Awards, we Yueyang City won the “three consecutive championships.” Some comrades asked: How do you plan the themes, focus on tackling problems and organizing the authors to live in depth? This makes us in trouble. Honestly, over the years, we have not focused our attention on issues such as the planning of topics and key issues of attack and tackling the problems with the order of administrative orders. We did not organize large-scale activities in depth. The vigorously vigorous conventions that we used to engage in in the past have not been mobilized for a long time to come. However, reviewing the achievements and losses in the work of creative organizations over the past few years, we think there are still some problems that are universal in nature. We must pay attention to this and work hard to solve it in our future practice. It seems that these problems are concentrated in the three aspects of how the leaders of cultural administration should position themselves, straighten out their relations with the subject of drama creation, how to select the creative talents accurately and efficiently, and how to optimize the creative environment.
