差动变压器式传感器在高精度计量技术及自动检测系统中有着十分广泛的应用。它作为一种硬件,必然存在各种原始误差,对这些误差的补偿方法已渐臻成熟。另一方面,我们也会发现,即使是同样的差动变压器式传感器,由于使用条件的不同,会使它们的特性有极大的差异。因此,研究如何更为合理地选择应用技术(软件),以使得传感器自身的某些误差得以改善或补偿,是至关重要的。
Differential transformer sensor in the high-precision measurement technology and automatic detection system has a very wide range of applications. As a kind of hardware, it inevitably has various original errors, and the compensation methods for these errors have gradually become mature. On the other hand, we also find that even with the same differential transformer sensor, their characteristics can vary greatly depending on the conditions of use. Therefore, it is very important to study how to choose the application technology (software) more reasonably so that some of the sensor’s own errors can be improved or compensated.
