据历史资料表明,在我国,春夏雷雨季节,雷电事故发生率最高,约占我国全年发生事故总数的70％以上。在1989年8月12日,由雷灾造成的黄岛油库爆炸事故,造成的直接经济损失超亿元。 人遭雷击后,电流迅速通过人体,可以引起呼吸中枢麻痹,心跳骤停,造成不同程度烧伤,严重者可发生脑组织缺氧死亡。所以,为免遭雷电之灾,人们应学习防雷知识,增强自我保护和自我防范能力。
