目的:探讨CT扫描层厚、增强与否对Ⅰ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)三维最大径、体积及质量的影响。方法:92例Ⅰ期NSCLC患者,其中76例在平扫基础上进行了增强扫描;扫描数据传至CT后处理工作站,采用计算机辅助诊断软件描绘并分割病灶,分别自动测量2 mm、7 mm层厚及7 mm增强前后病灶的最大径d(mm)、体积V(mm3)、质量m(g),计算各均值及方差,运用配对T检验评价不同层厚、增强与否对肿瘤的三维测量结果有无统计学差异。结果:2 mm、7 mm层厚CT扫描条件下,d、V、m的测量结果具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05);7 mm层厚扫描条件下,CT增强前后d、V的测量无显著统计学差异(P>0.05),m的测量具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:胸部CT扫描2 mm、7 mm层厚的选取对Ⅰ期NSCLC三维最大径、体积及质量的测量结果具有一定的影响;CT增强可影响肿瘤的质量测量评价。
Objective: To investigate the effect of CT scan thickness and enhancement on the three-dimensional maximum diameter, volume and quality of stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: A total of 92 patients with stage Ⅰ NSCLC were enrolled in this study. Of them, 76 patients underwent enhanced scan on the basis of plain scan. The scan data were transmitted to the post-processing workstation of CT. The computer-aided diagnosis software was used to depict and segment the lesion. The maximum diameter d (mm), the volume V (mm3) and the mass m (g) of the lesion before and after the 7 mm enhancement were calculated, and the mean and variance were calculated. The paired T test was used to evaluate the three-dimensional measurement of the tumor The results were statistically significant. Results: The results of d, V and m measurements were statistically significant (P <0.05) under the CT scan of 2 mm and 7 mm thick slices. The d and V measurements before and after CT enhancement Significant statistical difference (P> 0.05), m was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The thickness of 2 mm and 7 mm in CT scan of the thoracic spine has certain influence on the measurement of three-dimensional maximum diameter, volume and mass of stage Ⅰ NSCLC. CT enhancement can affect the quality of the tumor.
